Can I edit the prompt directly in Pretty Prompt?

Yes! Pretty Prompt provides the improved prompt broken down in sections, or as we call it Prompt Blocks, to help you better understand the changes and the structure of the prompt.

These blocks will appear directly inside the floating form window after you improve the prompt.

Just like you can write in blocks in Notion, Prompt Blocks breaks your prompts into sections you can review, edit, and actually learn from.

  • Edit inline: By just clicking on any part of the prompt, you can edit, delete, or type anything you need, and it will automatically save.

(You will see a small green “Saved ✔️” that will appear every time you edit something in the prompt.)

You will also see that if you scroll through the prompt, the Prompt Blocks will be highlighted with light blue tags, to better understand what each section is for.

Once you’re happy with your prompt and apply it (or even if you close the window), it will get saved automatically in your Prompt History.

Prompt History is persistent across devices and platforms, and like a log, of all your improved prompts in one place.
