How do I redeem a discount code?
To redeem a coupon code:
- Click Upgrade from the Extension or Web App.
- On the Upgrade page, select the tier you want and the frequency of the plan.
- When you are on the checkout page, click “Add promotion code”.
- Add your code there, and click Apply.
If your code is correct and valid for the chosen plan, the discount will work immediately.
Complete the checkout by adding all required payment details.
Note: We use Stripe for handling all payments on Pretty Prompt. Coupons won’t come into effect, until you complete the checkout form through Stripe.
