I got a Pro plan, but my account still shows as if I'm in the Free tier. What should I do?
The reason for this is usually that you might have logged in to Pretty Prompt, with a different email than the one connected to your account. To validate this, you can:
- Go to the Extension Popup.
- Click the 3 dots.
- Click Settings.
You should see the email you used to sign up. If it's not the correct one, you can sign out and then sign back in with the correct one. If you still have issues, feel free to reach out by email here.

Make sure to log out of the Web App and log back in with the correct email to use Pretty Prompt on the web, too.
