How do I change the email address or password of my account?

You have full control of your account. This means you can change your account details through the Pretty Prompt Web App, any time.

Note: In order to change your email address, you must first have a password set up.

Once you add a password, you'll be able to see the option to change your email address associated with the account.

Here are the steps to change the email address connected to your Pretty Prompt account:

You will receive two emails with confirmation links to complete the process: one to your original email and one to your new email for Pretty Prompt.

Once both emails are confirmed, you can start using your new email address.
